About Bhoomi RTC Online

We started this site because of one problem. Land record guides in Karnataka usually promise more than the portals actually deliver. “Instant download” doesn’t always mean instant. “Available online” doesn’t always mean available for every parcel. We got tired of that gap, so we built a resource that tells you the truth about it instead.

What We Do

We write clear, practical guides on Karnataka’s land record system. It starts with the Bhoomi RTC Online guide — the record most people check first — and goes further from there, including the Sale Deed Certified Copy process for verifying a past transaction.

  • We revisit guides as things change. When Karnataka updates a process — a new digitization phase, a revised timeline — we update the guide to match, rather than leaving old information up.
