How We Handle Your Message

When you write in, here’s what happens on our end:

  • We read every message ourselves — nothing goes into an automated queue that no one checks.
  • If it’s a correction, we verify it against the official portal before updating anything.
  • If it’s a request for a new guide, we add it to our list and prioritize based on how often people ask.
  • If it’s a question we can answer directly, we reply as soon as we’re able to.

The guide name, the exact step or fact that’s wrong, and a link or screenshot from the official portal if you have one. That helps us fix it faster.

Do you accept guest posts or sponsored content?
Not right now. We’re focused on our own research and editorial process, so we’re not taking outside contributions or paid placements.

Can I request a guide for a document you haven’t covered?
Yes — that’s genuinely one of the most useful things you can send us. Tell us the document name and what you were trying to do when you couldn’t find clear information on it.
